On Friday morning, it looked like it was going to be a sunny weekend and I really wanted to do some more packrafting before the end of the season. One problem - I couldn't find anyone who wanted to go with me. For some reason, sitting in a tiny boat surrounded by water and air that are both about 35 degrees didn't really appeal to others like it did to me. I thought maybe I was crazy, but I decided to give it a try anyway.
