When we arrived in Curry after a 4 hours train ride north, we headed up the snowcat track that headed up the ridge to the east. The snow wasn't great (powder in places, crusty in others), so we just kept climbing, hoping it would get better. It acually got worse (more windblown) the higher we went. Phil and I made it to the top and had some good views of the Alaska Range. This is Phil with Denali behind him.
