I skied in the Center Ridge area. First I climbed up the ridge just north of Center Creek. This picture is looking north from that ridge towards Turnagain Arm.

From there, I dropped down into the Tincan Creek drainage (pictured), which was simply spectacular. Miles of untracked, smooth crust.

Crust, crust, and more crust.

Hmmm, lets see. Should I ski the crust over there... or over there... or how about over there.

I skied all the way up Tincan Creek. Near the top of the drainage, the snow was starting to get punchy, so I headed up onto Center Ridge, which was solid.

Yeehah, crust skiing at last. I skied back down Center Ridge towards the road.

After skiing along Center Ridge, I took this final picture before doing some jump turns back down to the pass and back to the car.
