First we checked out the snowmobile trails on the Petersville Road. We drove to the big snowmobile parking lot near Kroto Creek and parked there, along with about 40 snowmobilers. We explored a few trails off the Petersville Road, but most were wavy and rutted from heavy snowmobile traffic. So we headed back to the car and traveled north on the Parks Hwy to a parking lot at mile 121. From there we were able to access the Chulitna Bluffs snowmobile trail and the East-West access trail. Both were in excellent shape for skiing. That is where we took these first three pictures.
